What is WEEE Waste?

I know, peculiar name, right? And before you say, nope, it’s not toilet waste!

WEEE is waste electrical and electronic equipment. This can range from small items such as your laptop to IT & Telecoms infrastructure powering networks nationally.

WEEE is often very much an afterthought. It’s estimated that over 1.8 million tonnes of electrical waste are discarded by households and companies each year.

Now that’s a lot of WEEE.
